SHIPPING TERMS:
We ship via FedEx for all packages shipped with in the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. We do not ship to any PO BOX. You choose the service option based on when you need the product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service.

Ground Shipping - Delivery within 3 - 5 Business Days - $7.95 FLAT FEE regardless of size or Weight!
Priority Mail - Delivery within 2-4 Business days - Starting at $9.95
2nd Day Air - Delivery within 2 Business Days (Guaranteed) - Starting at $15.95!
Next Day Air - Delivery on the Next Business Day (Guaranteed) - This option is billed by the wieght of the package and usually starts around $28.
FREE SHIPPING - Place any order over $300 and we will include FREE standard Ground shipping to any address in the continental US!

All international shipments will be made via FedEx and will be billed to your credit card according to current FedEx rates. Please select any shipping method , and we will bill you for the shipping cost after your order is placed and we know what the shipping charge will be. PLEASE NOTE - While we do ship international packages discretely, If your package does get stopped by customs in your country, your are responsible for paying any duty that may be assessed. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, we WILL bill your credit card for all related shipping charges (both directions). If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us.

PAYMENT TERMS:
For your convenience, we accept American Expess, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

RETURNS:
All merchandise is shipped from our facility in perfect condition. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.

BACK ORDERS:
Due to shortages experienced within our industry, we may not be able to fill every order immediately at 100% quantity. Therefore, we suggest that you allow us to write your order in total so any product not shipped is entered into our computerized back order system. If we receive your specific cigars within one month of your invoice date, we will automatically ship them to you. With all back orders over 30 days we will contact you to inquire if you still require the merchandise. We are very good at tracking customers’ requests and suggest that you allow us to follow through and complete back orders.
